Contoh Surat Permohonan Pertukaran Program Pengajian Universiti

Masa aku apply master online baru ni, aku hanya fikir nak sambung bidang marketing aku je. Sekali bila dah lepas interview dan dah dapat offer letter aku pun mula termenung kejap sebab baru aku sedar MBA UKM tak ada thesis dan hanya coursework. Kalau aku amik specialised masters UKM ada thesis. Gila kau, dulu time degree aku buat dissertation tu pun dah nak mampus 20k patah perkataan, ni pula thesis master 100k patah perkataan lagi la cam nokhorom. Kalau thesis dissertation mungkin ringan lah sedikit dalam 70k patah perkataan tapi ni thesis. Thesis dan dissertation lain okay, thesis lagi berat.

Tambah plak dulu time degree penyelia dissertation aku cina, nama dia Mr.Toh. Sampai sekarang aku ingat apa Mr.Toh cina tu tekan aku cukup-cukup. Padahal aku ikut semua cakap dia dapat C+ je, so sampai sekarang aku tak jadi trauma kalau nak amik dissertation or thesis lagi. So dengan berbekalkan kepercayaan ni, baru pukul 9.00pagi tadi aku hantar surat untuk pertukaran course dari Master of Marketing kepada Master Buss Admin.

Walaupun aku benci dalam MBA ada accounting, finance dan economic tetap akan aku perjuang dan belajar sehabis baik, daripada specialised masters memang focus area marketing je tapi bile time thesis aku yakin memang susah. Tambah-tambah aku tak tau nak buat thesis apa, tajuk pun aku tak ada apa nak standby. Tujuan aku just nak dapat master je. So tak payah nak real-real sangat. Janji gaji aku elok boleh tolong mak ayah, kakak adik aku. Cite panjang tak guna. Ini dia apa yang aku tulis. Maaf grammer ada sikit salah-salah, al maklumlah english biasa biasa je.

CHANGING COURSE FROM MASTER OF MARKETING TO MBA CELP PROGRAMME

I am writing this letter to ask permission for changing my course from Master of Marketing (Specialised Masters – full time) to Master of Business Administration (Coursework with CELP – full time). On 28th January 2014, I have received an offer letter of acceptance for my Master of Marketing after attended the interview session which means succeed. My registration number is ZPXXXXX and date of registration will be this coming 11th February 2014 which just around one more week.
2.         The principle reason why I would like to change my course to Master of Business Administration (Coursework with CELP) is that I can benefit wider opportunities in MBA CELP Programme rather than focusing in Specialised Masters which only focus in the marketing areas only. For your information, I have graduated my degree in Bachelor Business Management (Hons) Marketing which clearly shows what my major was.

3.         Therefore, MBA CELP Programme would be an advantage for me where I could learn other theoretical aspect in MBA and at the same time could enhance in depth knowledge of marketing by choosing marketing subjects later in MBA elective courses. By knowing the difference between the two courses, I found that MBA CELP Programme provide an industry based training program which could develop a specific competencies among masters student.

4.         And in addition all the courses offered in the MBA CELP Programme would bring me much more efficiency to achieve my objective of pursuing master which to help developing my family business in the future.
5.         I have come to believe that the MBA CELP Programme would be a better fit for my aptitude and interests. Therefore, I am writing to request that I will be allowed to transfer from Master of Marketing to MBA CELP Programme. Should my application be considered, I would be honoured if you decide to accept my request. I will do my best to meet and exceed the expectations required by the students attending for MBA CELP Programme.

Amacam ayat gua, walaupun grammer ada error-error sket, tapi tu aku dah ayat habis molek dah tu. Tapi ingat sistem Universiti Awam ni memang lembap. Al maklumlah uni kerajaan, so diwajibkan sebelum hantar korang consult dan inform dulu faculty dan registration department dulu. Lepas dah hantar surat ni, korang call lagi faculty dan registration department untuk inform lagi. Diorang ni kalau tak inform memang tak check email diorang. Nanti aku bagitau berjaya ke tak, then nanti aku akan cerita masa interview dulu apa yang panel a.k.a professor ni tanya dekat aku.
